Extra Beds and Tent Town!

Greetings to our followers! 

Both Castle and Fortress accommodations are sold out indefinitely for a while now. However, that does not mean that the Furrstein gates are closed for you! You can still apply for an extra bed (in a room that allows it). 

For an extra bed accommodation, you need to have an approved registration and be invited to a room by all of its occupants (you may find a handy tool for that on the My Accommodation page). As soon as everyone in the room invited you there, the system will automatically assign you in as an extra. 

You may find the specifics for this type of accommodation on the Accommodation page. The requirement for having an extra person in the room is that the room needs to be fully occupied and everyone in it has to send an invite. You don’t need to worry about a bed - you’ll be given an XL inflatable mattress. What you do need to bring, however, are beddings, including a pillow and a blanket.

Furthermore - we are opening a tent town! Please keep in mind that tent accommodation has its specifics as well - mainly because of the lavatories. 

The requirement for a stay in a tent town is an approved registration, own tent and an approved request for a Tent town accommodation, which is to be done by simply messaging us using the Contact form on our website. 

And what about those specifics? The Tent town will be located in the castle’s garden, next to the main entrance. Inhabitants of the Tent town may use toilettes located either on the ground floor of the castle (next to its common room), on the ground floor of the fortress (also next to its common room, all the way in the back) or in the Dragon’s pub (during its opening times). Showers can be used at any time either on the first floor in the fortress or between 8-11AM in SPA (entry via the Castle’s hall - dining room). 

The amount of available spaces for the Tent town is limited (mainly due to the facilities specifics) to 8 spots. The price for the package is 3500 CZK (breakfast included). 

You may not migrate to Tent town from the already paid fortress or the castle accommodation. However, you can exchange your reservation there with somebody else, and settle out the monetary difference on your own (basically as selling your registration). If you’d decide to go that way, please inform us in advance using the Contact form on our website, so we can change your reservation.
